Online 21-Day Ayurvedic Seasonal Eating and Lifestyle Program. Cleanse and Balance for Kapha (Spring) Season starting April 15 EVERY SEASON HAS ITS CHALLENGES Shake off the winter doldrums with fresh insights into how to eat and take care of yourself during the Kapha/Spring season. Kapha season is, by nature, a cleansing time so the emphasis in the 21-Day program is on foods and activities that assist the cleansing process. See below for further details. |
