The delicate lining of your small and large intestinal tract can unknowingly become damaged through so many factors including a stressful modern lifestyle, processed and fast foods, medications, medical treatments, and environmental toxins.  

Your gut is the core of your health, it's integral to every other organ and body system, and it most likely needs repair.  If your gut lining is damaged and your digestive system is in a state of upheaval it can affect the rest of your health.  

Think your gut is just for digesting food?  Well sure it does that, but did you know that when your delicate gut lining is damaged it has a huge impact on your brain health, like depression, anxiety, brain fog.  Your gut also acts as a barrier to your lymphatic system so it protects your immune system (think environmental allergies, food sensitivities, autoimmune conditions).  A damaged gut also creates inflammation throughout the body (think diabetes, arthritis, heart and circulatory conditions).
